Hi, I'm Tucker Peters

I am a software developer and strategist focused on building high-impact systems for modern organizations. With a background spanning finance, business, government, and applied AI, I work as both a technical builder and a strategic partner to the teams I support.

I am the founder of GenEdu, a software development company that designs and deploys custom, production-grade solutions for clients who need more than off-the-shelf tools. Through GenEdu, I act as a technical lead, product architect, and consultant, working directly with founders and executives to translate complex problems into scalable software and AI-driven platforms. My work includes private document-intelligence systems, internal AI tools for professional services firms, and custom data pipelines that support real operational decision-making.

I am also the Founder and President of the AI Club at William & Mary, where I have led applied AI initiatives including a campus-wide Research Opportunities Database, AI-driven analytics dashboards in collaboration with Athletics, and large-scale AI case competitions with live product demos. In parallel, I serve as a Portfolio Manager of a 75,000 dollar student-managed investment fund, overseeing strategy, capital allocation, and risk management.

Across all of my work, I focus on first-principles thinking, technical depth, and execution, building software that is durable, practical, and designed to create long-term value.
